Michael Buschmann has been active in the field of real estate valuation for over 20 years. 1998 saw him become a publicly appointed, sworn expert for the valuation of built and unbuilt properties. Certification according to IFS/Zert followed in 1999.

• Member of BIIS e.V. (the German Association of Investment Experts)
• Member of the NRW-Bau chamber of engineers
• Appointed purchase assessor for Union Investment Real Estate AG
• Founder and managing director of Buschmann Immobilien Consulting
